The VIP Lounge is an experiential marketing “pop-up” serving Continental Chase cardmembers with an exclusive respite during the mayhem of holiday shopping season. The retreat features comfortable seating, massage chairs, complimentary refreshments, newspapers, magazines, and programming on three HDTVs. Visitors can take advantage of a free coat and bag check, and gift wrapping services.
