Sunday, March 6th, 2011

production glue and Civic Entertainment Group (CEG) teamed up once again to execute a two-day public stunt for the launch of NBC’s America’s Next Great Restaurant The tasty event took place at Vanderbilt Hall at Grand Central Terminal in March.

8,000 passersby – including ANGR stars and chefs Bobby Flay and Curtis Stone – stopped by for a free taste of ANGR-inspired cuisine catered by Danny Meyer’s Union Square Events. For every bite served, NBC Universal helped City Harvest feed New Yorkers in need..

Designer Darren Norris was brought in to help design a play on the “automat”. glue managed and executed the physical production which was constructed from medium-density fiberboard and featured 30 cubbyholes, each filled with branded placements and highlighted by LED strips.

Thank you to CEG producer Lindsay Weiss – it was wonderful working with you on this project!
